Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken Ingredients
  • 12 oz elbow or penne pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
Casserole Base Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 bag Doritos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, shredded cheese, taco seasoning, and half of the crushed Doritos. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining crushed Doritos and sliced green onions.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
