Preparation
- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the lean ground beef until it’s browned. Drain all but 3 tablespoons of grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and mix well, then set aside.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, rotini, chopped sweet pepper, diced onion, halved grape tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded iceberg lettuce.
- Pour in the French dressing and mix everything gently until well combined.
- Garnish with sour cream and top with crushed nacho cheese Doritos.
- Serve and ENJOY!
