- In a pan over medium-high heat, brown the lean ground beef until fully cooked. Drain all excess grease, leaving about 3 tablespoons in the pan.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well combined. Set aside to cool.
- Boil water in a separate pot and cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, seasoned beef, chopped sweet pepper, diced onion, halved grape tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, iceberg lettuce, French dressing, and sour cream.
- Toss everything together until evenly mixed.
- Finish by garnishing with the crushed nacho cheese Doritos on top. Enjoy!

Notes
For best results, add crushed Doritos just before serving to maintain their crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You may freeze but beware of texture changes.
