Preparation
- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until it's browned and cooked through. Drain all grease except for about 3 tablespoons.
- Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir well to combine. Set it aside to cool a bit.
- In a separate pot, cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.
Combining Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, rotini, yellow sweet pepper, onion, grape tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and the shredded iceberg lettuce.
- Pour in the French dressing and sour cream. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Finally, fold in the crushed Doritos for that satisfying crunch.
Serving
- Serve with a garnish of sour cream on top, and enjoy!
