- In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the excess grease, leaving about 3 tablespoons in the pan.
- Sprinkle in the taco seasoning. Stir well to combine and allow it to cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, boil the rotini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside once cooked.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked beef, rotini, chopped sweet pepper, diced onion, grape tomatoes, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, French dressing, and sour cream.
- Gently toss all ingredients until well combined, and garnish with crushed Doritos for that sensational crunch.
