- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, stir together the cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half of the grated cheddar, Ro*Tel tomatoes and chiles, cumin, and chili powder.
- Crush the Doritos and add half of them to the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the chicken mixture. Add the other half of the crushed Doritos over the top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining grated cheddar on top and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with the pico de gallo. Serve hot.
