  • 1 1/2 cups Doritos nacho chip crumbs Crushed Doritos for coating
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (177ºC).
  2. Using a food processor, whirl your Doritos until they reach your desired texture.
  3. Spread the chip crumbs in a thick layer on a plate.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salt, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  5. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the chicken breast halves.
  6. Dip each piece of chicken into the Dorito crumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
  7. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
