  • 8 oz elbow macaroni Cook according to package instructions.
  • 4 pieces hard-boiled eggs, chopped Can be pre-cooked for convenience.
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Creamy base for the salad.
  • 2 tbsp mustard Adds tanginess.
  • 1 tbsp vinegar Enhances flavor.
Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced For crunch.

Seasoning and Garnish

Preparation
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, diced celery, and onion.
  3. Once the macaroni is cool, fold it into the egg mixture and stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Don’t be shy to experiment until you find your perfect balance!
  5. Transfer the salad to a serving dish, sprinkle with paprika, and chill it in the refrigerator before serving.
