Ingredients
  

Dough and Base
  • 230 grams refrigerated crescent roll dough
Sauce and Cheese
  • 120 milliliters pizza sauce
  • 110 grams shredded mozzarella cheese divided for layering
  • 2 grams garlic powder for dusting
Toppings
  • pepperoni slices to preference
  • diced ham to preference
  • cooked sausage, crumbled to preference
  • chopped bell peppers to preference
  • chopped onions to preference
  • sliced mushrooms to preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C and lightly grease 8 standard muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Slice the crescent roll dough into 8 even squares and gently shape each square to press it into the prepared muffin cups, covering the base and sides.
  3. Sprinkle about 14 grams of mozzarella cheese into the bottom of each dough-lined cup, then spoon 15 milliliters of pizza sauce over the cheese.
  4. Evenly distribute the remaining mozzarella cheese across the cups and layer your selected toppings such as pepperoni, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Dust each cupcake with garlic powder.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven, loosen the edges with a small knife, and serve hot.

Notes
