Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1/2 cup of sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Gradually add 2 cups of all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, mixing until the dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
Baking
- Transfer the cut biscuits to the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
Chocolate Dip Preparation
- While the biscuits bake, melt 100 grams of dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream until smooth.
Serving
- Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving with the chocolate dip. Enjoy!
