  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Make sure to squeeze out excess water from the cooked spinach.
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup milk
Eggs
  • 4 large eggs
Spices
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Mixing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  2. Stir in the cooked spinach and onion mixture, along with the crumbled feta cheese.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
