  • 1 cup chopped vegetables Choose a mix like spinach, bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Optional: Cooked bacon, ham, or sausage For added flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Stir in the cheese and chopped vegetables, along with any cooked meat if desired, until evenly distributed.
  3. Lightly grease a round baking dish or cake pan that fits into your air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Pour the quiche mixture into the greased dish, spreading it out evenly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Carefully place the baking dish into the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry the crustless quiche at 160°C (320°F) for 15-20 minutes, until set in the middle and lightly golden on top.
  4. Using oven mitts or tongs, carefully remove the dish from the air fryer, and let it cool a few minutes before slicing and serving.
