  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds can be ground for a smoother texture
  • 1 cup water add gradually until the mixture holds together
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and salt.
  3. Add the water gradually until the mixture holds together but is not too wet.
  4. Place the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten it as thinly as possible.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely, and then break into pieces.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
