Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flaxseeds, and salt.
- Add the water gradually until the mixture holds together but is not too wet.
- Place the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten it as thinly as possible.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool completely, and then break into pieces.
- Store in an airtight container.
