Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add in the white beans, diced tomatoes, corn, diced onion, minced garlic, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Pour the chicken broth over everything and give it a good stir.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
Finishing
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the cream cheese until it is fully melted and mixed in.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
