Preparation
- Place the chicken in the crockpot.
- Add teriyaki sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to the crockpot and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles and top with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
