Vegetables
  • 4 medium Carrots, chopped
  • 3 medium Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 medium Bell peppers, chopped
Liquids
  • 4 cups Broth or sauce Choose beef, chicken, or vegetable broth.
Seasonings
  • 2 teaspoons Thyme, dried
  • 2 teaspoons Rosemary, dried
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop veggies and proteins into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Transfer proteins to the crockpot first.
  3. Layer the vegetables on top of the proteins.
  4. Pour in your chosen broths or sauces.
  5. Sprinkle herbs and spices, then stir gently to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cover and set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Check seasoning and make adjustments if needed.
