Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups Potatoes Chopped into similar sizes for even cooking
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom soup if needed
  • 0.5 cup Milk Can use any type of milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and baby carrots on top.
  • In a bowl, mix the dry ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and milk until combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Notes

Serve directly from the crockpot. Great on its own, but pairs well with warm bread or a side salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or stove.
