Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups Potatoes Chopped into similar sizes for even cooking
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom soup if needed
  • 0.5 cup Milk Can use any type of milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the chopped potatoes and baby carrots on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix the dry ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and milk until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Notes
