  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts Boneless, skinless recommended
  • 4 cups Potatoes, chopped Cut into similar sizes for even cooking
  • 2 cups Baby Carrots

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 packet Dry Ranch Dressing Mix Store-bought or homemade
  • 10.5 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk Adjust to desired consistency

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Add the chopped potatoes and baby carrots on top.
  • In a bowl, mix the dry ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and milk until combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

Notes

For extra creaminess, stir in some sour cream before serving. For added nutrition, consider adding green beans or peas.
