Ingredients
  

For the Steak
  • 1.5 lbs round steak (cut into thin strips) You can substitute with flank steak or sirloin.
For the Vegetables
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced thick
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thick
  • 1/2 onion sliced thick
For the Broth and Sauce
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce Marinate the steak for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced steak in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the steak.
  3. Pour the beef broth and soy sauce over the ingredients in the crockpot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Stir before serving.
