  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Can substitute with cream of mushroom for variation.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Use dairy-free cheese for dietary restrictions.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Begin by layering the diced potatoes, diced cooked ham, and diced onion in your crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with salt and pepper, and pour this mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  3. Generously sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the layers.
  4. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Once done, serve warm and enjoy the cozy flavors!
