Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place your choice of protein (chicken or beef) at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Layer the sliced bell peppers and onion on top.
  3. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the colorful veggies.
  4. Pour in the chicken or beef broth for added moisture and flavor.
Cooking
  1. Close the lid and let it cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once done, shred or slice your cooked meat.
