Preparation
- Position the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
- Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
- About 30 minutes before serving, tear the biscuits into quarters and place them on top of the chicken mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy this comforting classic!
