  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts Place at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables e.g., carrots, peas, and corn
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits (10 count) Tear into quarters before adding.

Preparation
  1. Position the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Cover and set the slow cooker to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, tear the biscuits into quarters and place them on top of the chicken mixture in the crockpot.
  3. Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy this comforting classic!

Notes
