Ingredients
  

Chicken and Gravy Mix
  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs Use whichever you prefer
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup or homemade gravy mix Can substitute with a vegetarian alternative
  • 1 cup Chicken broth or water Adjust according to your preference
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder Adjust to taste
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • optional Fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup or gravy mix with the chicken broth and seasonings.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks in the last hour of cooking for a more texture-rich experience.
  6. Stir the gravy before serving, and voilà!
