  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts Fresh or frozen
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Can substitute with homemade or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Could use gluten-free version if needed
  • 1 cup chicken broth Low-sodium recommended
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken, making sure to evenly coat it.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot using two forks, and mix it with the gravy.
