  • 36 ounces frozen meatballs
  • 8 ounces sliced baby bella mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3-5 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on your garlic preference.
  • 1.5 cups water or low-sodium beef broth Your choice!
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 envelope brown gravy mix
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • to taste fresh parsley for garnish Optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Load the Crock Pot: Place frozen meatballs directly in the crock pot.
  2. Add Fresh Ingredients: Scatter the sliced mushrooms, chopped onion, and minced garlic on top of the meatballs.
  3. Mix in Liquids: Pour the broth (or water) over the meat and then drizzle the Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Season It Up: Sprinkle both the brown gravy mix and onion soup mix evenly over the top.
  5. Cook It Low and Slow: Cover with the lid and set your crock pot to LOW. Cook for 3-5 hours, stirring halfway through to ensure the meatballs heat evenly.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy fragrant meatballs as they are or over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
