  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 bottle (16 oz.) BBQ sauce Can be substituted with your favorite brand or flavor.
  • splash soy sauce Optional for extra savory flavor.

Preparation
  1. Grease your 3.5-5 quart crock pot to make cleanup easier.
  2. Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the drained crushed pineapple with the BBQ sauce.
  4. Pour this flavorful mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Serve it over rice for a fulfilling and delightful dinner.
