Preparation
- Prepare your slow cooker by lightly spraying it with non-stick spray or lining it with a liner.
- Evenly place the quartered cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the inner pot.
- In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, whisking until well blended.
- Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
- Set the crock pot to low heat and cook for about 3 hours, or until the cinnamon rolls are fully cooked.
- Once done, drizzle the cream cheese icing on top and serve warm!
