Cinnamon Roll Casserole Ingredients
  • 2 tubes 5-count tubes of Grand Cinnamon Rolls, quartered
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 container Cream cheese frosting from the cinnamon rolls

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your slow cooker by lightly spraying it with non-stick spray or lining it with a liner.
  2. Evenly place the quartered cinnamon rolls in the bottom of the inner pot.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg, whisking until well blended.
  4. Pour this mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.
  5. Set the crock pot to low heat and cook for about 3 hours, or until the cinnamon rolls are fully cooked.
  6. Once done, drizzle the cream cheese icing on top and serve warm!
