Preparation
- If you’re not using rotisserie chicken, chop the raw chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Layer the chicken at the bottom of the Crock Pot, followed by both cream soups, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for about 4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, take the lid off and place the biscuits on top of the chicken mixture. Cover and continue cooking until the biscuits are golden brown.
Serving
- Once everything is cooked, scoop generous portions into bowls and dig in!
