- In a large crock pot (6-quart or larger), cover the bottom with 2 cups of brown sugar.
- Place the ham on top of the brown sugar, gently opening the slices with your hands to allow the flavors to seep in.
- Pour the honey evenly over the ham.
- Add the pineapple around the sides (with the juice) and some on top.
- Top the ham with the remaining 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
