  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 medium yellow squash, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 2-3 pieces Roma tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
Seasoning & Oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For drizzling

Preparation
