Preparation

- In a large bowl, toss the florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes. Flip them halfway to ensure they’re golden and crisp.
- While the cauliflower is roasting, combine Greek yogurt, chopped herbs, lemon juice, and additional salt and pepper in a separate bowl to create your creamy herb sauce.
- Once the cauliflower is done, serve warm alongside the herb sauce for dipping!
