Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and remove the leaves.
- Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until it’s evenly combined.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss gently to coat all of them evenly with the seasoned oil mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
- When the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the oven. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes
