  • 1 large head Cauliflower Makes sure to wash thoroughly.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash the cauliflower thoroughly and remove the leaves.
  • Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well until it’s evenly combined.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss gently to coat all of them evenly with the seasoned oil mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
  • When the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the oven. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding some Parmesan cheese on top before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. To reheat, place back in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
