Preparation

  2. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub your potatoes thoroughly. Optionally, peel them, then cut into bite-sized chunks or wedges.
  3. Season the Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the potato chunks with olive oil or cooking spray, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Ensure even coating.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the seasoned potato chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  2. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping potatoes with tongs every 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, optionally sprinkling with fresh herbs or extra seasoning.
