Preparation
- Preheat Your Air Fryer: Set it to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and scrub your potatoes thoroughly. Optionally, peel them, then cut into bite-sized chunks or wedges.
- Season the Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the potato chunks with olive oil or cooking spray, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Ensure even coating.
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned potato chunks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping potatoes with tongs every 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Once crispy, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, optionally sprinkling with fresh herbs or extra seasoning.
Notes
To store leftovers, place potatoes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Reheat in the air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes.
