Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, Parmesan, Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut the cold butter into the mixture using a pastry cutter or your fingers until crumbly.
- Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough just comes together.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a lined baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
