Preparation
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined to form the glaze.
Cooking
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets in the skillet skin-side down. Cook for about 4 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully flip the fillets over. Brush half of the glaze over the top of the salmon.
- Continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Drizzle the remaining glaze over the salmon and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
