Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking pan, melt 1 stick of salted butter.
- Halve the small potatoes and score the cut side in an X pattern.
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the majority of your seasoning mixture over the melted butter evenly.
- Place the potatoes cut side down into the pan, right on top of the seasoning.
- Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the top of the potatoes and sprinkle with the reserved seasoning.
Baking
- Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and superbly crispy.
