Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then add them to the bowl. Toss them until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mix.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the wings and toss them again to ensure they are well coated.
Baking
  1. Bake the wings for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and deliciously crispy.
