  • 4-5 large tortillas Warm tortillas slightly before filling to make them easier to roll.
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Can be swapped for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack or feta.
  • to taste lettuce, chopped (optional) Adds crunch if desired.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and shredded cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous portion of the chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla.
  3. If using, top with chopped lettuce for an added crunch.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to create a wrap.
  5. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas until your mixture is used up.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or pop them in the fridge for later.

Notes
