  • 2-3 breasts chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
  • 4-5 large tortillas
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • to taste Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite variety)
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, Ranch dressing, shredded cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes. Mix well until everything is coated in the dressing.
  2. Take a tortilla and lay it flat on your prep surface.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose the filling.
  5. Repeat these steps with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. For an added crunch, heat a skillet over medium heat and toast the wraps until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve your wraps warm, with extra Ranch dressing on the side, if desired. Enjoy!

Notes
