Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, shredded Asiago cheese, salt, and coarsely ground black pepper. Give it a good stir.
- Add the cubed butter to the flour mixture and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour in the milk and mix until a dough forms. It’s normal for it to be a bit crumbly.
- Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut into shapes and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Arrange the cut crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
- Let them cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Notes
