  • 1 pound Frozen raw shrimp (tail-off) Do not thaw before cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For tossing.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese For added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Take your frozen raw shrimp straight from the freezer (no thawing needed) and toss them in a light coating of olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle on garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, Old Bay, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer (no overcrowding).
  3. For raw frozen shrimp, cook for 10 minutes. If using pre-cooked frozen shrimp, reduce the time to 5 minutes.
  4. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
  5. When they are done, the shrimp should be golden and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Enjoy with a tasty dipping sauce like cocktail sauce, garlic aioli, or lemon wedges.
