  • 4 medium potatoes Russet potatoes are recommended for crispiness.

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
