- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for that crispy texture.
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings thoroughly. The drier they are, the crispier they'll become.
- In a large bowl, combine baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Toss the wings in this mixture until evenly coated.
- Lightly spray the wings with cooking spray or drizzle with oil to help achieve a golden brown finish.
- Place the chicken wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once golden and crispy, remove the wings and let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
