Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they don’t touch; cook in batches if needed.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray.
- Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the coating is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
Serving
- Remove from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
