Coating Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs (beaten) Use large eggs for coating.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs or panko Panko will yield a crunchier texture.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Set up a coating station with three components: flour on one plate, beaten eggs in a shallow bowl, and breadcrumbs or panko on another plate.
  3. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides to enhance the flavor.
Coating and Cooking
  1. Dredge each fillet in the flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip in the beaten eggs, ensuring it's well-coated. Finally, press into the breadcrumbs or panko until fully covered.
  2. Place the coated fillets in the preheated air fryer basket. For a crispier texture, mist lightly with oil.
  3. Air-fry for about 8–10 minutes or until cooked through and reaching an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  4. Remove fillets from the air fryer and let them rest for 1 minute.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side and your favorite sides.
