Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the hot cauliflower and return to the air fryer for 2–3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Remove carefully, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
