Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Rinse and pat dry the cauliflower. Cut into even bite-sized florets for uniform cooking.
- In a large bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Toss the florets to lightly coat each piece.
- Add grated Parmesan and toss again until florets are evenly coated.
Cooking
- Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Air-fry at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes. Shake the basket or turn the florets halfway through (around 6–8 minutes).
- When golden and crisp on the edges and tender inside, remove and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with an extra sprinkle of Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon.
