Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Reduce heat, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until combined and heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes
