  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Fats

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation

  • Gather Your Ingredients.
  • Heat the Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Sauté the Garlic for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the Mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir in the Orzo pasta until coated in flavors.
  • Pour in the Vegetable Broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  • Reduce the heat to simmer, cover the skillet, and let it gently cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the Heavy Cream and Fresh Spinach, stirring gently to combine.
  • Season with Paprika, Salt, and Pepper.
  • Let simmer for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  • Sprinkle with Grated Parmesan cheese before serving if desired.
