  • 4 pieces Chicken breast Boneless, skinless
  • 8 oz Garlic and herb cream cheese For spreading
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach Use fresh for best flavor
  • 6 slices Bacon Crispy, for wrapping

  • 2 carrots Carrots Chopped, for the slow cooker
  • 4 pieces Roast potatoes For serving
  • 2 cups Broccoli Steamed, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your slow cooker.
  2. Spread a layer of garlic and herb cream cheese on top of the chicken breast.
  3. Layer fresh spinach over the cream cheese.
  4. Wrap the chicken breast with bacon.
  5. Place a bed of chopped carrots in the slow cooker and set the wrapped chicken on top.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to an air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the bacon.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken with roast potatoes, carrots, and steamed broccoli.

Notes
