Preparation
- Preheat your slow cooker.
- Spread a layer of garlic and herb cream cheese on top of the chicken breast.
- Layer fresh spinach over the cream cheese.
- Wrap the chicken breast with bacon.
- Place a bed of chopped carrots in the slow cooker and set the wrapped chicken on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, transfer the chicken to an air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes to crisp up the bacon.
Serving
- Serve the chicken with roast potatoes, carrots, and steamed broccoli.

Notes
